Use of the service
AEOgrade provides page-level AEO/GEO and AI citation-readiness diagnostics. You are responsible for the URLs you submit, your account activity, and ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable law and any rights or access restrictions associated with the websites you analyze.
Readiness scores are diagnostic, not guarantees
AEOgrade scores and findings evaluate observable signals using the methodology current at the time of a scan. They do not guarantee search ranking, indexing, inclusion, AI visibility, mentions, traffic, retrieval, or citation by any third-party search or answer engine.
Third-party systems
AEOgrade does not control third-party crawlers, search engines, answer engines, authentication providers, payment systems, hosting services, or model providers. Those services can change independently and may affect results, availability, or integrations.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and verification methods, and avoid using AEOgrade to interfere with systems, bypass access controls, submit unlawful material, abuse rate limits, or conduct activity that could damage the service or third parties.
Plans, usage, and billing
Paid features, URL allowances, prices, and billing periods are those presented for the selected plan at the time of purchase. Subscription management and payment processing may be provided through Stripe. Changes to plans or pricing apply according to the terms presented when the change is made.
Service changes
AEOgrade may update features, scoring rules, integrations, thresholds, and methodology as the product and the AI-search ecosystem evolve. Material scoring changes should be versioned so historical reports remain interpretable.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Webpage fetching can fail because of remote-site behavior, access restrictions, network conditions, rendering differences, provider outages, or other factors outside AEOgrade's control.
Responsibility for decisions
AEOgrade findings are informational diagnostics. You remain responsible for technical, editorial, legal, accessibility, SEO, security, and business decisions made from the reports.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date above identifies the current published version.
