Information AEOgrade may process
Depending on the features you use, AEOgrade may process account information such as your name or email address, email addresses submitted to verify and deliver anonymous free-scan reports, URLs you submit for analysis, scan and report data generated from those URLs, plan and usage information, authentication identifiers, and ordinary technical data associated with operating a web application.
Submitted webpages and scan data
When you submit a URL, AEOgrade retrieves publicly accessible webpage content and limited same-domain context needed to perform the requested analysis. Scan results may be stored so you can view reports, compare scans, track usage, and re-grade pages. AEOgrade may also record the server-observed IP address associated with a scan submission for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and administrator diagnostics.
Free-scan email verification and follow-up
For an anonymous free scan, AEOgrade may ask you to verify an email address with a time-limited six-digit code before displaying the report preview. After verification, AEOgrade queues a copy of the report for email delivery and one later service-related follow-up. You may unsubscribe from the promotional reminder without affecting delivery of the requested report. A recently verified email may be trusted for a configurable period when it is reused from the same browser. AEOgrade uses a first-party browser token to support that same-browser trust check.
Authentication
AEOgrade may support email-code authentication and third-party sign-in. If you choose a third-party sign-in option, that provider may supply the account identifiers and profile information necessary to authenticate your account.
Billing
Paid subscriptions may be processed through Stripe. Payment-card entry and payment processing are handled by the payment provider rather than by AEOgrade's application database. AEOgrade may retain billing identifiers, subscription status, plan information, and transaction-related metadata needed to manage access to paid features.
Cookies and sessions
AEOgrade uses session and related web technologies needed to keep users signed in, maintain application state, protect workflows, and operate the service. Browser or provider features may use additional cookies under their own policies.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, run scans, generate reports, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, troubleshoot failures, maintain service integrity, and improve the product.
Retention and deletion
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, preserve requested scan history, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Account-related deletion requests should be made through the support or account-contact method provided by AEOgrade.
Third-party services
AEOgrade may rely on service providers for functions such as payment processing, authentication, email delivery, hosting, and AI-assisted analysis. Those providers process information according to their own agreements and privacy practices.
Changes
This policy may be updated as AEOgrade features, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current published version.
